• Conversational Interface: Accessible via WhatsApp, facilitating easy interaction with our AI assistant, Nivi.
• Multilingual Support: Available in multiple regional languages.

• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elcom Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of NoSky Sense.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Noida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida.
